On April 12, the commencement ceremony of the 1.5 million kilowatt "Wind, Solar, Fire and Hydrogen Storage Integration" large-scale wind, solar and photovoltaic base project in Wulanchabu, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was held at Daihai Power Generation Co., Ltd. on the South Bank of Daihai, Liangcheng County.

It is understood that the total investment of the 1.5 million kilowatt "integration of wind, solar, fire and hydrogen storage" large-scale wind power and photovoltaic base project in Ulanchabu is 9.179 billion yuan , and the project unit is Inner Mongolia Jingneng Daihai New Energy Co., Ltd., with a planned installed capacity of 1.5 million kilowatts. Three 220kV substations, 35kV collector lines and three 220kV transmission lines will be built synchronously in the wind farm. The power generated by each wind turbine generator set is collected to three 220kV substations in the wind farm through 35kV collector lines, and then sent to the 500kV booster station of Daihai Power Generation Company through self-built three-circuit 220kV transmission lines. The power generated by the project is transmitted to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for consumption through the "Daihai-Wanquan-Shunyi" 500 kV transmission line. At the same time, the project makes full use of the flexible peak shaving capacity of existing thermal power, and transforms the abundant wind resources of Liangcheng County into a strong driving force to promote local economic development through advanced wind power generation technology. After the completion of the

project, about 3.628 billion kilowatt-hours of green electricity can be produced annually, about 1.2557 million tons of standard coal can be saved, about 3.0469 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced, about 22.1 million tons of sulfur dioxide emissions can be reduced, and about 33.2 million tons of nitrogen oxide emissions can be reduced. It can play an active role in improving the ecological environment and controlling energy consumption in Liangcheng County, increase local tax revenue, promote the development of related industries, and play the role of ballast stone of traditional thermal power, so as to maximize the use of green power while ensuring national energy security.
