Main leadership adjustment of China Construction First Engineering Bureau

As decided by the Party Committee of

China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd.,

Mr. Lin Zuojiang was appointed as the secretary of the Party Committee and the chairman of the board of directors of China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and

Mr. Liao Ganglin was no longer appointed as the secretary of the Party Committee and the chairman of the board of directors of China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd.

The Party Committee of China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has decided

to appoint Yan Guofeng as the chairman of China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and

Ren Chuanbin as the chairman of China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
