本项目位于江苏省南通市海门市包场镇发展大道88号，属市区实施强工业行动和《区规模工业企业“起航计划”》战略启动的重点项目，占地面积48亩，建成环保型混凝土搅拌站2座，建成后预计年产240万立方米混凝土。项目竣工投产后将对助推建材产业集群发展、打造区建材产业基地具有重要作用。
据中国水泥网了解，本项目位于海门港新区，占地31886平方米，拟投资50000万元，其中环保投资370万元，项目建设内容为4条商品混凝土生产线，主要包括主生产区（2栋混凝土搅拌楼）、砂石堆棚、机修仓库、综合楼（办公楼）、门卫、地中衡、洗车机、砂石分离机、初期雨水收集池和水电配套设施等，生产规模为年产商品混凝土240万立方米。
