Announcement on Cancellation of Industrial Product Production License of Changxing Baimao Cement and Other Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

On April 10, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration issued a notice on the cancellation of industrial product production licenses for enterprises such as Changxing Baimao Cement Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Province.

According to the Notice of the General Office of the General Administration of Market Supervision on Further Improving the Management Work after the Decentralization of the Examination and Approval Authority of Industrial Product Production Licenses (No.40, 2021), it is entrusted by the General Administration of Market Supervision. In accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Industrial Product Production Licenses (Decree No.440 of the State Council), the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Industrial Product Production Licenses (Decree No.156 of the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine), The Interim Provisions on Administrative Licensing Procedures for Market Supervision and Administration (Decree No.16 of the General Administration of Market Supervision) cancels the industrial product production licenses of six enterprises such as Zhejiang Changxing Baimao Cement Co., Ltd. and now publishes the list. Local market supervision departments

are invited to strengthen supervision to ensure the quality and safety of important industrial products.
