On November 29, the People's Government of Huaiyin District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, issued a public announcement on the environmental impact report of the intelligent upgrading and transformation project of the cement grinding production line of Huai'an Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
According to the announcement, the project is located in Huaian Conch Cement Co., Ltd., Wangjiaying Yuehe, Huaiyin District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, to upgrade the existing cement grinding production line intelligently.
According to China Cement Network Information Center, Huai'an Conch Cement Co., Ltd. has three 1 million tons/year cement grinding production lines in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province.

According to the relevant provisions of the approval procedures for the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Intelligent Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of the Cement Grinding Production Line of Huai'an Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The relevant information is hereby publicized as follows:
1. Project Overview
Constructor: Huai'an Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
Project Name: Cement Grinding Production Line Intelligent Upgrading and Reconstruction Project
Construction Location: Wangjiaying, Huaiyin District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province
Basic Information: The project is located in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province. In Huaian Conch Cement Co., Ltd., Wangjiaying Yuehe, Yin District, the existing cement grinding production line was upgraded and transformed.
2. Environmental protection measures:
1. During the construction period of the project, the pollution prevention and control of construction waste water, waste gas, noise and solid waste should be done well according to the requirements of environmental impact assessment. Night construction shall be approved by the environmental protection department before construction, so as to minimize the impact of noise on the surrounding environment.
2. The particulate matter produced by the hopper, desulfurized gypsum bin and rolling system of the project shall be treated by their respective bag-type dust collectors and discharged up to the standard, and the organized waste gas shall meet the emission limits in Table 1 of the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (DB32/4149-2021), a local standard of Jiangsu Province. Unorganized waste gas emission meets the emission limit in Table 3 of Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (DB32/4149-2021), a local standard of Jiangsu Province.
3. Ensure that the noise at the factory boundary is discharged up to the standard through measures such as shock absorption, sound insulation and reasonable layout. The emission standard shall be in accordance with the Class 3 standard of the Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Factory Boundary of Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008).
4. The waste lubricating oil and waste oil drums of the project belong to hazardous wastes, which are entrusted to qualified units for safe treatment. The construction unit shall do a good job of collection, temporary storage and disposal in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of general solid waste management and hazardous waste.
3. When the nature, scale, location, process or pollution prevention measures of the project are inconsistent with the contents submitted for approval or have undergone major changes, the construction unit shall re-submit the EIA documents to our Bureau for approval.
4. After the completion of the project, the construction unit shall organize and carry out the "three simultaneous" acceptance of the environmental protection facilities for the completion of the project according to the regulations. Only after the acceptance is qualified, can project be put into production formally.
