In order to implement the three-year action plan of "three major articles" for structural adjustment and the action plan for digital empowerment of manufacturing industry, and accelerate the construction of "digital Liaoning, intelligent manufacturing and strong province", according to the "Standard Conditions for Digital Workshops and Intelligent Factories in Liaoning Province (Interim)". Liaoning organized the selection of provincial digital workshops and intelligent factories in 2023. Through enterprise declaration, city recommendation, expert evaluation and online publicity, 120 digital workshops and 65 intelligent factories have been identified.
Among them, four cement enterprises were listed in the list of digital workshops in Liaoning Province in 2023, and one cement enterprise was listed in the list of intelligent factories in Liaoning Province in 2023.
