The trend of economic development continues to improve and key projects are accelerating, which fully demonstrates the confidence and determination of the county Party committee and the county government to firmly grasp investment, projects and strong industries.
Subsequently, Fu Gang, Secretary of Linkou County Party Committee, announced the commencement of the project: "I announce that the key projects of Linkou County will be resumed in the spring of 2023 and the main project of North Cement Mudanjiang North Far East Cement Dry New Intelligent Production Project will be officially started."
The centralized construction of the northern cement clinker production line project has been listed by China Building Materials Group as the only reserved new project in Northeast China during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. After completion, it is estimated that the annual output of cement clinker will reach 1.55 million tons, the business income will reach 447 million yuan, and the tax revenue will reach 81.65 million yuan . Nearly 100 new jobs will be created, which will effectively promote the economic development of Linkou and have a far-reaching impact on the structural adjustment of the cement industry in Northeast China and even the Far East. Wang Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of
North Cement Co., Ltd., said, "Mudanjiang project is also the only new project retained by China Building Material Group in the 14th Five-Year Plan.". As we all know, at present, the cement industry is an industry with excess capacity, but Linkou County is rich in mineral resources, and the soft environment of our humanistic government is also very good. In the process of promoting this project, in the past ten years, our successive governments in Linkou County and Mudanjiang have given tremendous support. To make the project go smoothly, it should be said that at the end of 2022, we directly passed the government's approval and the internal approval of China Building Materials Group. Our project has invested nearly one billion yuan, and there will be a second phase of the project in the future, and there will be nearly two hundred million to three hundred million projects. After the completion of this project, we should be able to transform the advantages of mineral resources in Linkou County, Mudanjiang, into our economic advantages. So it mainly faces the market. It is our market in the eastern part of Heilongjiang and the Russian Far East in the future, and the prospect is very good.
It is understood that this concentrated resumption of 10 projects, with a total investment of 1.953 billion yuan, a large total investment and good expected benefits, will further improve the industrial chain of our county, expand the industrial system, and once again set off a new upsurge of high-quality economic development in Linkou.
