According to Tian Eye Check, the legal representative of Guoheng Jiye Holding Group Co., Ltd. is Zhang Ben, who was established on January 30, 2023. Its business scope includes enterprise headquarters management, social and economic consulting services, etc. The six registered shareholders of the
company include China Agricultural Development Key Construction Fund Co., Ltd. , China State-owned Enterprise Structural Adjustment Fund Co ., Ltd., State Energy Investment Corporation , State Power Investment Corporation , China Huayou Group Co., Ltd. and China Nuclear Huineng Co., Ltd. both contributed 10 million yuan.
In addition to China Nuclear Huineng and the State Power Investment Corporation, another "shareholder" , China State-owned Enterprise Structural Adjustment Fund Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "State Transfer Fund"), also issued a statement on the 9th.
