Aixu purchased 209 million yuan of photovoltaic cell equipment

4, Aixu announced that it planned to purchase 30 sets of photovoltaic cell equipment from Maikos, Zhuhai, with a total contract value of 209 million yuan (including tax). The purchase of equipment is to accelerate the construction of 15GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell project in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. In addition to this transaction, in the last 12 months, the Company and its subsidiaries had 7 related party transactions with the same related party (including the holding subsidiaries of the related party), with a total contract amount of 662.0862 million yuan (including tax).

It is reported that Mr. Chen Gang, the actual controller of Aixu shares, is also the actual controller of Maikos in Zhuhai, so this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
