推进实施水泥行业超低排放是推动行业高质量发展、促进产业转型升级、助力深入打好蓝天保卫战的重要举措。为进一步推动水泥行业绿色发展，着力提升全市大气环境质量，毕节高新区生态环境保护综合行政执法大队加大指导帮扶力度，按时序推进辖区内作为贵州省水泥企业（第一批）实施超低排放改造项目之一的江天水泥有限公司实施超低排放改造。
以贵州毕节江天水泥有限公司为实施主体的3200t/d超低排放改造项目在各级各部门的大力支持下于2023年9月5日开工，截至2023年11月22日，工程已完成总工程的40％，预计2023年12月下旬达到调试目标。该超低排放工程内容涉及3200t/d水泥生产线窑尾除尘器超低排放改造以及3200t/d水泥生产线高温高尘SCR脱硝系统改造两部分，主要通过技术升级改造，从源头削减、过程控制和末端治理相结合举措，促进减污降碳协同增效，确保实现污染减排目标，助力碳达峰碳中和目标达成。
接下来，毕节高新区生态环境保护综合行政执法大队将继续加强超低排放改造项目的监督与帮扶指导，要求其牢牢坚守安全、环保的基本原则，以高速、高效的方式保证工程的有序推进，确保项目的顺利实施。
