At the meeting, Zhu Lisheng, Marketing Director and General Manager of Marketing Department of New Tianshan Cement, made a semi-annual marketing report on behalf of the cement business marketing system in 2023. The report reviews the main marketing work in the first half of 2023, summarizes the existing problems and shortcomings, and makes specific arrangements for the work of the marketing system in the second half of 2023.
Zhao Xinjun made a speech entitled "Unify our thinking, firmly grasp the implementation, and go all out to fight the battle of stabilizing the price". For the marketing work in the second half of 2023, he put forward the overall requirements of unifying ideas, paying close attention to implementation, keeping a close eye on the target, taking the initiative, and going all out to fight the battle of stabilizing the price, focusing on three aspects: First, we should take the initiative, pay close attention to implementation, and strengthen demand analysis and market research and judgment. Accurate calculation, strict implementation, strengthening industry interaction, promoting dynamic balance, leading the deepening of supply-side reform, and making every effort to promote the ecological construction of the industry. Xiao Jiaxiang made a speech entitled "Resolutely win the battle". He pointed out that the cement industry is facing a complex and severe market environment, and the task is arduous. New Tianshan Cement calls for heroes, every employee who devotes himself to the development and construction of the company may become a hero, and the high-quality development of the company will surely create a number of heroes of the times. Xiao Jiaxiang called for immediate action, work in the present, and resolutely win the battle. For the second half of the year and the current work, he put forward three requirements: first, speed up the implementation of the off-peak production plan in August, September and the second half of the year; second, strictly implement the target decomposition and refine the assessment and incentive mechanism; third, give full play to the advantages of the new Tianshan cement industry chain and enhance the market competitiveness.
The conference organized a special discussion on the "five fronts" of stable price recovery, e-commerce promotion, breakthroughs in key projects, standardized management and efficiency improvement, and the promotion of my car-hunting business.
