Report on Jinko We have received the Request for Filing of Energy Co., Ltd.'s Investment in Phase III of 1GW Solar Module Project in the United States (Rao Fa Gai Cai Wai Zi [2023] No.18). In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Overseas Investment of Enterprises in Jiangxi Province (GFGWZ [2018] No.565), JinkoSolar Co., Ltd. 'S investment in the United States to rebuild and expand the production line of solar modules with an annual output of 1GW (see the back page for details) was put on record. This notice is valid for 2 years. During the implementation of the
project, if it is necessary to go through the formalities of change and extension according to the regulations, please report to the Commission in time; if there is a major adverse situation, please submit the report form of major adverse situation to the Commission according to the regulations; it shall not violate the laws and regulations of our country, and shall not threaten or damage the national interests and national security of our country. Please submit the project completion report form within 20 working days from the date of project completion.
