Recently, the technical transformation project of Pakistan CCC cement production line with a daily output of 3200 tons, which was constructed by Tianjin Cement Institute, was successfully ignited, marking a phased victory of the project and entering the trial production stage smoothly.
Tianjin Cement Institute and Pakistan Gerat Cement Company have maintained a good partnership, and successfully signed the EP contract of Pakistan CCC second-line cement production line with a daily output of 4200 tons in 2014. In February 2017, another contract was signed for the third line of CCC cement production line in Pakistan with a daily output of 6700 tons. This technical transformation project is the third cooperation between the two sides, which will further solve the problems of low operation efficiency and high power consumption of the original first-line cement production line of CCC in Pakistan, so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction and enhance the company's market competitiveness. After the signing of the
contract, with the support of leaders at all levels of Tianjin Cement Institute, Pakistan CCC Project Department completed the design and equipment delivery work on schedule in strict accordance with the schedule; actively responded to the owner's needs, and timely arranged commissioning personnel to solve various complex problems in equipment commissioning; Concentrate superior resources to complete the single machine, linkage and load test run of the equipment at the first time. The project team has been fully affirmed and praised by the owners for its professional ability, dedicated attitude and efficient execution.
