Latest Progress of Hongshi Cement 6 Million Tons Transfer Depot and Fujian Moucheng Cement 5000t/d Clinker Project

Recently, Hongshi Cement Large Transfer Depot and Fujian Moucheng Cement 5000t/d Clinker Project have made the latest progress.

On August 2, at the construction site of Hongshi Cement Project in Toumen Port, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, workers are speeding up construction. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will further expand and strengthen Toumen Port, enrich the cargo structure of the port area, and lay the foundation for the opening of Toumen Port to introduce the first stable Southeast Asian bulk carrier route.

It is understood that the Red Lion Cement Transfer and Preparation Station project covers an area of 69 mu, with a total investment of 720 million yuan. It is planned to build a belt conveyor platform of about 299 meters and a belt conveyor corridor of about 670 meters at Toumen Port, equipped with two ship unloaders and one ship loader; Eighteen new storage depots, cement mixing buildings, cement packaging workshops and other ancillary facilities will be built in the land area, forming a scale of 6 million tons of cement transfer and preparation.

According to Sanming Financial Media Center, on August 2, workers were carrying out basic construction at the construction site of Fujian Moucheng Cement Development Co., Ltd., which produces 5000 tons of cement clinker per day.

The project will dismantle two rotary kiln production lines with a daily output of 2500 tons and build a new dry cement rotary kiln with a daily output of 5000 tons, which will achieve an annual output value of 600 million yuan and save 18000 tons of standard coal annually.

It is understood that in December 2020, Fujian Industry and Information Technology Office issued a public announcement on the capacity replacement plan of Fujian Moucheng Cement Development Co., Ltd. for the construction project of 5000 tons per day cement clinker production line.

The content shows that Fujian Moucheng Cement Development Co., Ltd. will build a 5000t/d cement clinker production line in Yongan City, Fujian Province, and support the upgrading and transformation project of urban solid hazardous waste co-disposal.
