Excessive spraying of ammonia will cause huge pollution, and how to improve the reaction efficiency as much as possible to reduce the consumption of ammonia when cement enterprises use ammonia has become a major pain point. Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement 's "Dust and Nitrate One Box SCR Denitrification Project" has effectively solved this industry problem. the project is an innovative technology, which realizes the efficient treatment of nitrogen oxides and dust particles in cement kilns and meets the ultra-low emission standards.
The technology has the characteristics of low comprehensive energy consumption, low operation and maintenance cost, and low emission concentration. It can achieve the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides within 50mg/Nm ³ and ammonia escape within 2.5mg/Nm ³. At the same time, the consumption of denitrification ammonia water can be reduced by about 75%, and the total emission of nitrogen oxides can be reduced by about 1100 tons per year.
It is understood that the operation of the "Dust and Nitrate One Box SCR Denitrification Project" is a key step for Zhongmao Zhuzhou to respond positively to the national policy of "energy saving and emission reduction" and the strategic goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutralization", as well as an important milestone in the development history of Zhongmao Zhuzhou, which not only solves the problem of nitrogen oxide emissions that restrict the survival and development of enterprises, but also solves the problem.
