, Quanxing Cement completed the approval procedures for capacity reduction and replacement of cement clinker production line by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in accordance with the ratio of 1.25: 1, and completed the "five reduction and substitution" scheme under the guidance of the provincial window. At the original site, two existing cement clinker production lines with backward process design, aging installed equipment and high energy consumption, with a daily output of 2500 tons or less, were dismantled, and a new dry clinker production line with advanced process design, low energy index, environmental protection and ultra-low emission, with a daily output of 4000 tons, was built.
