the prices of P-type 150μm silicon wafers 218.2, 210 and 182 are still 8.69 yuan/piece, 8.05 yuan/piece and 6.40 yuan/piece respectively. The cost of

N 130 μm silicon wafers 210 and 182 is 8. 20 yuan/piece and 6. 52 yuan/piece respectively, and

the cost of N 110 μm silicon wafers 210 and 182 is 7. 87 yuan/piece and 6. 26 yuan/piece respectively.

Compared with the quotation of the previous round on March 6,

TCL Zhonghuan has made different adjustments to the price of silicon wafers of different specifications in this round! It is mainly to raise the quotation of different types of silicon wafers with different thicknesses and sizes in an all-round way, and to lower the quotation of different types of silicon wafers with thicknesses of 210 and 218.2.

Specifically,

the prices of 218.2 and 210 specifications of P-type 150μm silicon wafers are reduced by 0.16 yuan/piece and 0.15 yuan/piece respectively, and the price of 182 specifications is increased by 0.18 yuan/piece. The price

of N-type 130 μm thickness silicon wafer 210 specification is reduced by 0.15 yuan/piece, and the price of 182 specification is increased by 0.13 yuan/piece. The price

of N-type 110 μm thickness silicon wafer 210 specification is reduced by 0.15 yuan per piece, and the price of 182 specification is increased by 0.12 yuan per piece.
