Conch Cement Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Haisheng Group

On November 23, Jiangsu Haisheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Conch Cement Shanghai Regional Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement and formally formed an alliance. Wang Yibing, deputy governor of Haimen District, Nantong, participated in the activities. Zhai Yigang, Shanghai Regional Member of Conch Cement and General Manager of Haimen, Wang Jian, General Manager of Shanghai Conch Sales Company, Cai Weidong, Chairman of Haisheng Group, and Xu Jiahua, General Manager attended the signing ceremony.

Nantong Haimen Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd., the largest single brand cement supplier in the world, with an annual output of 3.4 million tons of cement, covering Nantong, Shanghai, Hangjiahu, Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou. At present, Conch Cement has six operating subsidiaries in Haimen District, with cement clinker sales of more than 6 million tons, annual external building materials trade volume of more than 3 billion yuan, commercial mixing capacity of 3 million square meters, and new energy photovoltaic layout of more than 10 MW.

Wang Yibing congratulated the two sides on signing the strategic cooperation agreement. He said that Jiangsu Haisheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Nantong Haimen Conch Cement Co., Ltd. are both state-owned enterprises. He hoped that the two sides would take this signing as an opportunity to give full play to their respective advantages, speed up the transformation of paper agreements into high-quality cooperation projects, and work together to contribute to the high-quality development of Haimen's economy.

It is reported that the strategic agreement clearly States that Haisheng Group will integrate regional resources and give full play to the advantages of terminal scale demand to achieve supply and demand docking with Conch Cement according to its characteristics of many construction projects, wide trade scope and intensive local cultivation. At the same time, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in product research and development, technological innovation, project bidding, product optimization, resource integration, information sharing and other aspects to achieve the goal of "long-term cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win".
