Yiling Yanhua 110 KV Substation is located in Xiaoxita Industrial Park, Dongcheng Experimental Area, Yiling District, and the project started construction on June 30, 2022. In this phase, one 50 MVA transformer, three 110 KV outgoing lines, 13 10 KV outgoing line switchgears and 24.8 kilometers of new 110 KV lines will be built.
Yiling Yanhua 110 KV Substation is the second generation of assembled intelligent substation in Yichang. The whole substation is constructed with prefabricated concrete, and the assembly level of the whole substation is 96%, which sets a new record for the assembly construction of Yichang substation. At the same time, it is also an intelligent substation, through the intelligent electrical equipment and automatic operation management system, the operation data and status of all equipment in the station can be transmitted back to the central control system at any time, and the main control personnel can operate in the rear office "one-key" programmed operation, so as to truly realize unattended operation in the station. After
the project is put into operation, it will provide strong power guarantee for key enterprises such as Three Gorges Cigarette Factory in Yiling Dongcheng Experimental Zone and surrounding customers, enhance the reliability of power supply in Yichang Power Grid, ensure the smooth and safe power consumption of the people in summer, and provide solid power support for local economic and social development.
Yiling Yanhua 110KV Substation is located in Xiaoxita High-tech Industrial Park, Guojiawan, Dongcheng Experimental Zone, Yiling District, Yichang City. It is the second generation of assembled fully intelligent substation in Yichang and one of the key projects of the main network construction of the State Grid Yichang Power Supply Company. The enclosure of the substation covers an area of 0.3585 hectares, with a total building area of 445 square meters. Compared
with the construction of the traditional substation, the biggest difference and advantage of the substation is that the main structure of the distribution equipment building, the main structure of the auxiliary room, the main structure of the firewall, the GIS equipment pier, the cable trench and the main structure of the fence are all designed according to the prefabricated concrete structure, and all the components are made in the factory and installed on site. Building components are transported to the construction site after prefabrication in the factory and assembled on site, which makes the construction of substations on the "fast lane", greatly reduces the pollution of dust, noise, waste water and waste residue caused by pouring concrete, masonry and plastering on site, and achieves the goal of "fast and efficient construction, green and environmental protection".

In the production stage, high-precision moulds are used to strictly control the quality of the process, and the error of components is not more than 3mm. In the installation stage, the BIM model is used to precisely control the flow rhythm, and the components are installed as soon as they come, while strictly controlling the installation risk.
