On August 3, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province issued a notice on the removal and withdrawal of the replacement capacity of 600 tons per day (200000 tons per year) cement clinker production line of Changxing Cement Plant in Yanling County.

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2021] No.80) and the Hunan Provincial Regulations for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Xianggongxin Raw Materials [2021] No.542), The demolition and withdrawal of the replacement capacity of the 600 tons/day (200,000 tons/year) cement clinker production line of Changxing Cement Plant in Yanling County are announced as follows, and the public is welcome to supervise. 2020, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant working procedures of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.337, 2017), our office issued the Announcement on the Transfer of Capacity of Changxing Cement Plant in Yanling County on its official website. The 600 tons/day (200,000 tons/year) cement clinker production capacity of Changxing Cement Plant in Yanling County will be transferred to Chongzuo City, Guangxi, for capacity replacement of the 5800 tons/day cement clinker construction project of Chongzuo Huixin Building Materials Co., Ltd. According to the on-site review and confirmation of Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Zhuzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the main key equipment and ancillary facilities of one Φ4.2 × 8.6m JT kiln corresponding to the 600 t/d (200,000 t/a) cement clinker production line of Changxing Cement Plant in Yanling County have been dismantled, and the production line no longer has the conditions to restart and resume the production of cement clinker.
