PowerChina: 7.491 billion! New major projects signed!

On July 29, China Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. issued a notice on the signing of major contracts. According to

the announcement, China Power Construction Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Power Construction Co., Ltd. (The leader of the consortium), and Sinohydro Bureau 4 Co., Ltd., Sinohydro Bureau 6 Co., Ltd., East China Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group formed a consortium and Shenyang Dongqi City Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. signed the EPC general contract for the construction project of Shenyang Automobile City Production-City Integration Demonstration Zone, with a contract value of about 7.491 billion yuan.

The project is located in the production-city integration demonstration area of Shenyang Automobile City, Liaoning Province. The proposed construction project includes nine sub-projects, including commercial residential buildings, commercial buildings, cultural facilities buildings, industrial parks, green spaces, etc., with a total construction area of about 1.4 million square meters. Three new municipal roads are built, with a total length of about 0.9 kilometers. The total duration of the project is 36.5 months.
