China Railway Construction: Personnel Changes! Resignation of director and chief accountant!

On August 2, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited issued a notice on the change of directors. According to the

announcement, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited received a written resignation report from Mr. Chen Dayang, the executive director, on August 1, 2023. Mr. Chen Dayang applied to the board of directors of the company to resign as an executive director and a member of the nomination committee of the board of directors due to his age. After his resignation, Mr. Chen Dayang no longer holds any position in the company.  

On the same day, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited issued an announcement on the change of chief accountant.

China Railway Construction Corporation Limited received the written resignation report of Mr. Wang Xiuming, the chief accountant, on August 1, 2023. Mr. Wang Xiuming applied for resignation from the position of chief accountant of the Company due to his age, which will take effect when the resignation report is delivered to the board of directors of the Company. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Xiuming will no longer hold any position in the Company.
