Large increase in shipments Longji Green Energy made a net profit of 9.179 billion yuan in the first half of the year!

On August 3, Longji Green Energy released its semi-annual performance report for 2023. The report shows that in the first half of 2023, the total operating income of Longji Green Energy was 64.66 billion yuan, an increase of 28.26% over the previous year of 50.41 billion yuan; the operating profit was 10.41 billion yuan, an increase of 37.44% over the previous year of 7.57 billion yuan; and the total profit was 10.35 billion yuan. In the same period of last year, the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was RMB9.179 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 41.63%, and the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company after deducting the non-recurring profit and loss was RMB9.06 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 41.46%; Basic earnings per share was 1.21 yuan, up 40.70% year on year.

Longji Green Energy said that the increase in performance was due to the rapid growth of global photovoltaic market demand, the substantial increase in the company's silicon wafer and module shipments compared with the same period last year, and the decline in the price of polysilicon materials, the repair of the gross profit margin of the company's module products and the growth of superimposed investment and exchange gains.
