East Zhejiang Mining Aggregate Production Line is distributed in two areas of Qitoushan Mining Area and Jiantiao Port Wharf, mainly composed of intermediate crushing regulating yard, intermediate and fine crushing workshop, screening workshop, long rubber transportation finished material regulating yard, finished material storage tank, etc., and the equipment mainly includes gyratory crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, rod mill, etc. The company has introduced Metso, Santak, Shibang and other domestic and foreign first-class intelligent large-scale stone processing equipment. The production line adopts full-line wet production. The production process of three-stage crushing and three-stage screening can effectively reduce the energy consumption per unit product and improve the effectiveness of intelligent mine construction. As the key node of the whole production line construction, the installation of the first gyratory crusher in the
crushing chamber is faced with difficulties such as cross operation, narrow chamber space and difficult hoisting. The hoisting height in the chamber is only 6.9 meters, and the limited hoisting operation surface of the crank crane greatly restricts the installation progress. The company leaders attach great importance to it, make overall arrangements, refine the installation plan, implement post responsibilities, and strive for the installation period day and night, which ensures the successful completion of the installation of the first gyratory crusher in the chamber.
