On July 27, the annual output of 4 million tons of Dongshan System Production and Operation Project in Yanshi reached 13010 tons on the same day, which refreshed the highest single-shift production record since the system was put into operation. The designed production capacity of the processing system with
an annual output of 4 million tons is 1500 tons per hour, and the system's raw material processing capacity is 1700 tons per hour. Since its completion and commissioning in July 2022, after nearly half a year of technological transformation, the actual output can reach 6 million tons per year.
In view of the problems existing in the system for a long time, such as discontinuous material receiving, late starting time of shift handover, and low production efficiency of the system, the field managers focused on monitoring, comparing and verifying the key data such as the idling time of the gyratory crusher, the single trip time of the transport vehicle, and the feeding interval time of the system, so as to find out the root causes of the low productivity. After careful analysis, it is found that the reasons for restricting the low productivity of the system are as follows: first, the system is short of transport vehicles, and the feeding interval is too long, resulting in a long idle time of gyratory crushing; second, the site management personnel are not compact in the management of blasting operation, excavation and loading process, resulting in untimely feeding; third, the material source reserve of the semi-finished product yard is not prepared in advance, resulting in a delay in the lower end start-up time. It is not terrible to
find problems, and there are ways to find the right ideas. The project department rapidly increased the input of equipment, which effectively solved the source problem of material supply; the project leader personally watched the site, carefully organized and clarified the responsibilities, clarified the loading point of each transport vehicle, equipped with vehicle commanders at key parts such as turning points, ensured the continuity of vehicle transportation, effectively reduced the interval time of material supply and the time of turning and breaking idling, and improved the equipment productivity. At the same time, the semi-finished product storage yard is well reserved in advance, and the material level is high, which ensures the running time and productivity of the lower end processing system, and lays a solid foundation for improving the system productivity.
Yanshi Dongshan System Production and Operation Project has taken many measures and made great efforts. With the unity and hard work of all the cadres and workers of the project, the annual production capacity of 4 million tons of the system has been greatly improved. On July 27, the output of a single shift reached 13010 tons.
