16GW！ Hongyuan Solar Energy N-type TOPCon module project put into production

On August 2, the first N-type TOPCon photovoltaic module of Hongyuan Solar Energy Phase I 16g W was successfully launched in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. The first offline module product

of Hongyuan Solar Energy is HT series-N-type TOPCon182 cell 72 version double-sided double-glass module, focusing on large-size specifications. The product adopts SMBB superimposed half-chip technology, non-destructive cutting technology and high-density packaging technology to shorten the cell spacing, deeply optimize the version design and increase the effective power generation area.

In 2022, Hongyuan plans to invest in the construction of a total of 492,000 square meters of factory buildings in Jiangyin Lingang Development Zone, Wuxi, with two phases, three factories and 20 fully automatic production lines. The first phase invested 5 billion yuan into the 16GW N-type TOPCon module , and the construction was officially started on March 31, 2023. The No.1 workshop (covering an area of 50,000 m2, with a building area of 100,000 m2 and seven production lines) was completed on June 8, and the floor was completed on June 10. The No.2 and No.3 workshops were completed in early July. It only took more than 100 days from the commencement to the completion of the construction, and the offline action was successfully completed on time. The

second phase of high-efficiency N-type module project has started construction, and will form industrial chain advantages through scale effect, logistics agglomeration and industrial linkage in the future, and further deepen the implementation of the strategic layout of Hongyuan Green Energy's deep vertical N-type integration.
