The shareholders of Hengfa Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Meixian District

of Meizhou City decided to shut down the company and dispose of its assets. Now the assets disposal project has met the bidding conditions, and the relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Bidding Content

This project is to sell all the assets of Hengfa Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Meixian District of Meizhou City as a whole, including land, factory buildings, material warehouses and other buildings and structures, production equipment, facilities and related spare parts. As well as major auxiliary materials such as special railway lines (two-track and related infrastructure). This project will be tendered publicly on the "Tower Bidding Platform", the mailbox of the Material Supply Department and the sealed letter at the same time. 2. Qualification requirements

for bidding applicants 1. Legal legal entities and law-abiding natural persons.

2. The legal entity shall provide the certification documents that establish its legal status, including the business license, the copy of the identity card of the legal representative or authorized representative; the natural person shall first go to the company to confirm his identity, and provide the relevant capital verification certificate and the copy of his valid identity certificate.

3. There is no record of abnormal operation or serious violation of law in the national credit system in the past three years. Applicants who intend to participate in this project are
