4. Key tasks

The cycle life of lithium batteries is not less than 8000 times, the AC side efficiency of lithium battery energy storage power stations is not less than 85%, the depth of discharge is not less than 90%, and the availability of power stations is not less than 90%. The main equipment shall meet the relevant national standards and technical requirements for new energy storage, pass the testing and certification of the corresponding qualified institutions, and the grid-related equipment shall meet the technical requirements for safe operation of the power grid, so as to eliminate the problems of poor quality of energy storage and low utilization efficiency. Medium and large energy storage power stations should select batteries with mature technology and high safety performance, and carefully select power batteries for cascade utilization. 11. New energy storage projects on the power supply side should be synchronized with the main projects to determine the scale, plan, design and put into operation. New energy storage projects on the grid side are managed according to the planning and construction process of conventional power grid projects. New energy storage projects independently constructed shall specify the construction scale, technical scheme, access system, operation mode and other contents in the feasibility study report, and issue evaluation opinions after demonstration by qualified evaluation agencies. Each district should timely incorporate the filing and construction of energy storage projects into the management of the national energy storage big data platform, and track and monitor the implementation effect of the projects, so as to provide demonstration guidance and useful reference for the follow-up project construction. 12.
