On July 31, Datang Group issued a tender announcement for the framework procurement of lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system in 2023. The total capacity of the estimated procurement is 3GWh, which is valid until December 31, 2023.
This framework procurement includes 0.5C (2 hours of charging and discharging time) and 0.25C (4 hours of charging and discharging time) energy storage systems, and at the same time, according to the new energy project start-up and commissioning plan of Datang Group Co., Ltd. The ratio is set as 0.5C: 0.25C energy storage system = 8:2 , and the procurement capacity is 2.5C energy storage system 2.4G Wh and 0.25C energy storage system 0.6G Wh . The specific capacity shall be subject to the requirements of each project unit and the specific contract. Scope of
supply: lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system (nominal capacity of battery monomer ≥ 280Ah, overall warranty of energy storage system (including battery) is 5 years), including energy storage battery, PCS, EMS, BMS, special tools, spare parts, technical services, etc. Qualification requirements
for
bidders 1. Bidders must be enterprise legal persons or other organizations registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2. The bidder has the independent R & D and production capacity of one of the battery monomer, PCS (energy storage converter) and EMS (energy management system) products (the test report or product certification of the unit's products issued by a third-party testing institution shall be provided); The core equipment (battery monomer, BMS, EMS, PCS) of the integrated system shall have the type test report or test report with CNAS, CMA and other certificates issued by CGC or CQC or TUV or VDE or the third party certification body with the same qualification recognized by the state.
3. Operation performance requirements: until the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing). The bidder shall have the operation performance of at least one lithium iron phosphate electrochemical energy storage system integrated equipment with a single project capacity of 100MWh or more (including at least battery prefabricated cabin or outdoor cabinet, PCS). (Performance certification materials: including the first page (cover) of the contract, the signature and seal page, the key content page that can reflect the electrochemical energy storage of lithium iron phosphate, the operation certificate and other certification documents, and the corresponding Chinese translation of the foreign performance certificate shall be provided).
4. Requirements for supply performance: The cumulative contract performance of the bidder shall not be less than 1GWh until the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing) . Supply performance of lithium iron phosphate electrochemical energy storage system integrated equipment with capacity not less than 10 MWh for single project (including at least battery prefabricated cabin and PCS). (Performance certification materials: including the first page (cover) of the contract, the signature and seal page, the key content page that can reflect the electrochemical energy storage of lithium iron phosphate and other certification documents, and the corresponding Chinese translation shall be provided for the foreign performance certification).
5. Consortium bidding is not accepted in this tender.
6. Agent bidding
