Recently, the Zhejiang Transportation Department and the Zhejiang Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China held a strategic cooperation start-up meeting and signed a cooperation framework agreement. The Zhejiang Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank will arrange a medium and long-term credit line of more than 100 billion yuan for the construction of major transportation projects in Zhejiang, support the development of rural transportation infrastructure and promote the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system.
Focusing on the construction of "four networks, one city and one system" and building a demonstration zone for promoting common prosperity through transportation, the two sides will build a platform for cooperation between government and banks on the basis of good cooperation, give full play to their respective advantages and further establish strategic cooperative relations. It is reported that the two sides will focus on providing financial support services in four aspects, namely, the construction of "Four Good Rural Roads", the construction of trunk road networks in ordinary provinces, the construction of expressways for strengthening agriculture and benefiting farmers, and the development of road economy. According to the
cooperation framework agreement, it is proposed to break through the broken roads and bottleneck roads, accelerate the construction of three-level roads connecting villages and towns, and two-lane roads connecting villages, support the construction of inland waterways, reservoir and lake waterways, township ferries and convenient wharfs; support the improvement of the external access capacity of island counties in mountainous areas, old revolutionary base areas and ethnic minority areas, and implement the construction of roads to be connected and low-grade roads; Supporting the expressway projects with obvious benefits of strengthening agriculture and benefiting farmers and in line with the policy guidance of the Agricultural Development Bank of China; focusing on the rural road network, supporting the integrated development of transportation infrastructure, industrial parks, tourist attractions and rural tourism, building industrial roads, tourist roads and resource roads, and supporting the upgrading and transformation of rural road network supporting facilities, service facilities and logistics facilities.
