On July 31, Qinhuangdao Beidaihe New Area Management Committee and Hebei Construction and Investment Group Xintian Green Energy Co., Ltd. signed an investment cooperation agreement with a total investment of 17.4 billion yuan for the construction of offshore wind power photovoltaic projects in Beidaihe New Area, Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province.
In recent years, Hebei Construction Investment and Xintian Green Energy have continuously increased their investment, and successively signed and put into operation a number of major projects in Qin.
