Recently, Lushui City, Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province, issued a draft environmental impact report for the construction of domestic waste incineration plant (cement kiln co-incineration) project. The announcement shows that the project relies on a 2500t/d new dry clinker cement production line built by Nujiang Kungang Cement Co., Ltd. About 62,000 tons (200 tons/day, 310 days) of domestic waste in the urban area and surrounding villages and towns of Lushui City are disposed of harmlessly annually. The construction contents include domestic waste pretreatment workshop, odor treatment system, leachate treatment system, incineration system, auxiliary production facilities, plant roads, etc. Production process: mechanical biological method + incineration in ladder furnace + co-processing in cement kiln. Total investment: 89,076,500 yuan.
According to the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, after the draft of the environmental impact report of the construction project is formed, the construction unit shall disclose the information of the draft of the environmental impact report, which is now publicized as follows:

The domestic waste pretreatment plant of the project is located in the southeast corner outside the production area of Nujiang Kungang Cement Co., Ltd., Huapingzi, Yinpo Village, Laowo Town, Lushui City. The domestic waste incineration workshop is located at the end of the cement rotary kiln in the production area of Nujiang Kungang Cement Co., Ltd.
The project relies on a 2500t/d new dry process clinker cement production line built by Nujiang Kungang Cement Co., Ltd. to cooperate with the incineration of municipal solid waste, and the annual harmless disposal of domestic waste in the urban area of Lushui City and surrounding towns is about 62,000 tons (200 tons/day, 310 days). The construction contents include domestic waste pretreatment workshop, odor treatment system, leachate treatment system, incineration system, auxiliary production facilities, plant roads, etc. Production process: mechanical biological method + incineration in ladder furnace + co-processing in cement kiln. Total investment: 89.0765 million yuan.
