On July 31, Jinyu Jidong Cement Tangshan District held the 2023 Semi-annual Working Conference and Workers'Congress. Sun Jianxun put forward clear requirements for the next stage of work in the light of the current development of the region, the situation and tasks facing it and the key work in the next stage.
First, we should do well and promote the rectification of thematic education with a strict style of work. First, we should further strengthen the depth of theoretical learning. We should enrich and improve the diversified learning mechanism of "leading groups take the lead in learning, middle-level cadres follow up learning, and all branches concentrate on learning", so as to promote the leading cadres of Party members in Tangshan region to continuously improve the "three political forces" in learning new ideas and implementing new deployments. The second is to further intensify investigation and research. Continue to carry out in-depth, valuable and effective research, carry out in-depth anatomical research on typical cases, thoroughly study the root problems, formulate rectification measures, and truly transform the research results into solving problems and improving the effectiveness of work. Third, further improve the accuracy of integration into the central work. Second, we should accurately grasp and thoroughly implement the group's "one high, win-win and three overall plans". Third, we should overcome difficulties and strive to complete all key tasks throughout the year. First, regional co-ordination, coordinated development and maximum regional effectiveness. Deepen "customer-oriented, energy-gathering upgrade", strive to create high-quality products, constantly optimize customer service, production and marketing linkage, and jointly optimize the market. We will accelerate the unified procurement of regional materials, expand procurement channels and reduce procurement costs. We should unify our thinking, coordinate highly and optimize the utilization of various resources in the region. The second is to overcome difficulties and gather joint efforts to solve the bottleneck problem of enterprise development. Third, we should promote meticulous management and dig deep to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Fourth, we must be strict and meticulous, guard against and defuse all kinds of risks, and ensure overall stability.
