of new energy storage material production cluster area 1.
Accelerate the layout of lithium iron phosphate projects, vigorously support enterprises to carry out lithium iron phosphate production, and promote breakthroughs in lithium manganese phosphate production technology. Actively attract enterprises of metal layered oxide cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries.

Research and development of fast charging and high voltage carbon anode materials. We will carry out research on the preparation process of new generation silicon-based anode materials (silicon carbon/silicon oxygen anode), optimize the coating process, alleviate the volume expansion in the process of lithium intercalation, and promote the large-scale production of silicon-based anode.

(1) Lithium ion electrolyte. Improve the stability of electrolyte, accelerate the research and development of new lithium-ion electrolyte materials such as carbonate high-purity solvents and lithium difluorosulfonyl imide, and support enterprises to tackle key problems of high-voltage and high-safety electrolyte.
(2) Sodium ion electrolyte. Accelerate the layout of sodium ion electrolyte, improve the preparation capacity of sodium hexafluorophosphate, and accelerate the research and development of special additives for sodium ion.

With the breakthrough of large-capacity energy storage battery technology, dry diaphragm will usher in a new growth point, aiming at the breakthrough of dry unidirectional stretching technology, improving the stretching process, and achieving uniform, stable and consistent diaphragm manufacturing.
