Bijie Mingjun Glass Float First Line Technical Reform Successfully Put into Production

2023, Bijie Mingjun Glass Co., Ltd. held the ignition and commissioning ceremony of the first-line technical transformation of float glass.

It is understood that Mingjun Glass Group has been stationed in Bijie for 10 years, with a total investment of more than 2 billion yuan, and has built four production lines, namely, a production line with a daily output of 680 tons of glass substrates, a production line with a daily output of 1000 tons of glass substrates, and a production line for deep processing of Low-e coated glass. As well as a tempered glass production line with an annual output of 1.8 million square meters, a hollow glass production line with an annual output of 520,000 square meters and a laminated glass production line with an annual output of 250,000 square meters. In the manufacturing process of low-radiation coated glass, Mingjun Glass introduced the high-end coating equipment of Boulerleibao Company in Germany, making the production line the top deep processing production line in China. This technological transformation will further enhance the quality and competitiveness of Mingjun glass products.
