Fake SASAC? Fraudulent use of the name of the SASAC Research Center of the State Council!

On July 19, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued a solemn statement by the SASAC Research Center of the State Council. The

statement said that in the name of the Research Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (hereinafter referred to as the Research Center), the Central-funded Supervision Industry Development (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. There may be cases of forging the legal person certificate, seal, signature of the person in charge of the institution of the research center, and carrying out illegal activities in the name of the enterprises affiliated to the research center. The Research Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of

the State Council (hereinafter referred to as our unit), established in 1994, is the only research institution directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Recently, our company found that the Central Supervision Industry Development (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the company) registered our company as the sole shareholder in the name of our company, and may have forged the legal person certificate, seal, signature of the person in charge of our institution, and carried out illegal activities in the name of our subordinate enterprises. In this regard, our unit solemnly declares as follows:

1. The company has no affiliation or equity relationship with our unit, nor does it have any investment, cooperation or business relationship. All acts of the company have nothing to do with our unit. Our unit will not bear any legal responsibility for any acts of counterfeiting our subordinate enterprises.

2. Our unit has investigated and collected evidence on this matter and reported it to the relevant market supervision departments, reserved measures such as civil litigation and criminal reporting, seriously investigated the legal liability of the responsible subjects, and resolutely safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of our unit.

Our unit hereby reminds relevant individuals and organizations to identify illegal acts committed by illegal elements counterfeiting the names of our subordinate enterprises, or possibly forging our unit's licenses and seals, so as to avoid being deceived and avoid causing losses.
