China Construction Western Construction Successfully Completed the Concrete Pouring of "the First Traction Pipe Curtain in China"

Recently, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Phase III Expansion Project (hereinafter referred to as "Airport Phase III Project"), supplied by Qinhan Factory of China Construction West Construction North Co., Ltd., successfully completed the concrete pouring of the first domestic traction pipe curtain project across the metro area. The pipe curtain of this

construction is an important structure of the connecting area between the pipe gallery and the subway in the third phase of the airport project. In order to ensure that there is no mistake, the technicians of Qinhan Factory of Northern Company have made many on-site investigations, discussed with the construction party, the supervisor and the labor service unit to determine the use of C35 self-compacting concrete, and adopted the backward back pressure pouring method. The positions and sizes of grouting holes, grout overflow holes and vent holes are simulated and calculated for many times, so as to ensure that the concrete in the whole pipe cavity is filled and compacted.

Faced with the complex working conditions on site, the inability of concrete tankers to reach the construction area of pipe curtain, the pumping span of 37 meters, and the need for the pressure of pump trucks to meet the requirements of concrete pumping, the technical and production sectio ns of Qinhan Plant of Northern Company jointly formulated a special pumping plan. According to the comprehensive factors such as the length, angle, aperture size and internal stirrup distribution of the pipe roof structure, the grouting pressure is accurately calculated, and the relay mode of using the roof pump and the truck-mounted pump is finally determined, and the project is guided to rationally arrange the truck-mounted pump pipeline, use the high-pressure pump and the high-pressure pump pipe, and minimize the pumping pressure loss.

After four hours, Qinhan Plant of Northern Company successfully completed the concrete pouring of the first batch of pipe curtain structures, which became a crucial construction node for the comprehensive pipe gallery across the metro area, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the follow-up process of the comprehensive transportation hub of the third phase of the airport project.
