In order to safely and orderly promote the resumption of production of non-coal mines in Anyang, Henan Province, and achieve a good start in the work of safety production of non-coal mines throughout the year, on April 6, the Non-Coal Section of Anyang Emergency Management Bureau conducted a spot check on the resumption of production of Zhonglian New Material Limestone Mine in Linzhou City in the way of "four not two straight".
The inspectors carefully checked the work plan for the resumption of work and production of the enterprise, checked the self-inspection and self-improvement report of the mine according to the risk identification and hidden danger investigation and management plan of the enterprise, and checked on the spot whether the safety facilities, transportation roads, safety platform width and mechanical vehicle protection met the requirements.
Inspectors require enterprises to strictly implement the "Five Ones" requirements, such as conducting a self-examination of hidden dangers and holding a safety warning education meeting, to implement the main responsibility of safety production with high standards and strict requirements, to do a good job in safety production, and to firmly adhere to the bottom line of safety.
