of reporting is the management of rivers and lakes in the main stream of the Yellow River and its important tributaries.
3. Types
of illegal problems 1. Constructing buildings and structures that hinder flood discharge within the scope of river and lake management, or engaging in activities that affect the stability of river regime, endanger the safety of river banks and embankments, and other activities that hinder flood discharge in river courses;
2. Illegal use and occupation of river courses, lake waters and shorelines in the Yellow River Basin;
3. Construction of engineering facilities across rivers, across rivers, across embankments and near rivers, reduction of flood discharge and storage capacity or reduction of water area, failure to construct equivalent replacement projects or take other functional remedial measures;
4. Occupying the reserved flow path of the Yellow River into the sea;
5. Engaging in the construction of engineering facilities within the scope of management of river courses and lakes without the approval of the water administration department or in accordance with the approved location and boundaries;
6. Engaging in illegal sand mining activities in river courses;
7. Other illegal acts involving rivers and lakes.
