Recently, the government of Taohuajiang Town banned a ready-mixed concrete enterprise without production qualification according to law.

It is understood that the mixing plant of Dashiwan Jinhua Building Materials Trading Co., Ltd. has no relevant business qualification, and the waste sewage is directly discharged into the Taohua River, which seriously pollutes the environment; the mixing plant is built along the flood dike without permission, which seriously affects the flood fighting and disaster relief. In September 2022, Taohuajiang Town joined many departments to put forward several renovation requirements for the mixing plant, and issued a notice of renovation. After the staff came to communicate and persuade many times, on April 3, the operator of the mixing yard took the initiative to arrange personnel to dismantle the equipment. The relevant person in charge of

the town said that next step, they will ban ready-mixed concrete enterprises that do not conform to the production and operation in their jurisdiction according to law, and resolutely "protect the clear water of the river".
