State Administration for Market Regulation: In 2022, the unqualified rate of building materials is 5.8%, and this is the unqualified item of cement.

On April 6, the website of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration announced that in 2022, the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration organized national supervision and spot checks on the quality of building materials. 1920 batches of building materials produced by 1704 enterprises were sampled, involving hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, cement, building waterproofing rolls, aluminium alloy building profiles and other four products, and 111 batches of products were found to be unqualified, with an unqualified rate of 5.8%.

Specifically, the unqualified rate of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars is 4.7%, the unqualified rate of cement is 3.3% , the unqualified rate of building waterproof rolls is 18.8%, and the unqualified rate of aluminum alloy building profiles is 4.9%.   

In addition, 76 enterprises were found to be unqualified in the last spot check, of which 15 enterprises were still unqualified and 61 enterprises were qualified.
