Wang Tao believes that the construction of intelligent mines in the domestic cement industry as a whole is still in its infancy. The number of intelligent mines in limestone mines in China is relatively small, and a large number of mines are almost in a blank state. Of course, some enterprises have built a number of benchmarking demonstration projects. In addition, from the point of view of the degree of intelligence, the level of various mines is uneven, individual mines have been trying to build unmanned transportation and fewer people mines, and some mines have only built some independent systems, which have not yet realized the interconnection of data.

During the exchange, we learned that the benefits of intelligent mine construction for cement enterprises are not immediate, so the pace of construction of many enterprises is relatively slow. Especially in the current situation that the demand for cement is declining and the benefits of enterprises are not optimistic, the construction of intelligent mines seems to have a trend of "dying down".

In this regard, Wang Tao said that the construction of intelligent mines is not an overnight thing, we need to work out the overall construction plan with mining enterprises, implement it by stages according to the needs of enterprises, and gradually improve it. Wang Tao said that according to the different contents of the construction of cement mine intellectualization, the construction cost ranges from nearly one million to tens of millions, and enterprises can formulate different plans according to the needs of their own mines and promote them step by step.
