After verification, Xinjiang Tianji Cement and Bohai Cement opened kilns at peak staggering time without authorization. The Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Ecological Environment of the Autonomous Region have instructed the local departments of industry and information technology and ecological environment to immediately stop the illegal activities of the two companies, to report criticism and punish them, and to instruct the enterprises to make up for the days of kiln shutdown during the non-peak production period in 2023.
