On July 19, Chengdu Housing and Construction Bureau of Sichuan Province issued the Technical Standards for Green Benchmarking Construction Sites in Chengdu (revised in 2023). This standard shall be implemented as of the date of issuance and shall be valid for 2 years.
Enclosure:
Article 2 and 3 Enclosure shall be set continuously around the construction site. The total height of the construction site enclosure shall not be less than 3m (excluding the height of the light box), and a 0.5m high yellow and black warning belt shall be set at its bottom. The enclosure shall be equipped with night warning lights and safety warning signs with reflective characteristics.
Wet operation:
Article 12 Fog spraying shall be set around the project enclosure, foundation pit and buildings. The construction site should ensure that the effective utilization rate of the sprinkler is more than 95%. Article
13 The enclosure sprinkler shall be installed on the inner side 300 mm below the top, with the sprinkler facing inward and upward, forming an angle of 45 ° with the enclosure elevation. In the central area that cannot be covered by the fixed spraying device, the mobile fog gun shall be added. Article
14 The construction site shall install 360 ° high-altitude rotating fog piles at the locations where dust is easy to occur, such as foundation pit berms and main roads. Article
15 & nbsp; When overhanging frame or floor frame is used for main body and decoration construction in housing construction works, for buildings with a height of 20 m or less, a mist spray (horizontally outward) shall be set around the top of the frame outside the building, and for buildings with a height of more than 20 m, a mist spray shall be set around the frame outside the building every 20 m from the bottom upward. Article
16 Each earthwork operation machinery in the earthwork operation area shall be equipped with a fog gun for fixed-point wet operation or a spraying device for earthwork machinery. Article
18 During construction operation, all mist spraying equipment shall be turned on at all times for wet operation. During the warning period of heavy pollution weather, all mist spraying equipment shall be turned on all day (except in rainy and snowy days when the temperature is lower than 2 degrees Celsius).
Entrance/exit and road:
Article 7 Public signs (figure) (at least including "seven signs and one figure") shall be hung at the obvious positions of the main entrances and exits of the construction site. Article
9 "Non-road mobile machinery access code" with size of 600mm × 600mm shall be posted at the conspicuous position outside the entrance and exit of the construction site.
Closed Operation:
Article 19 & nbsp; & nbsp; The foundation pit of the open-cut station of the rail transit project and the foundation pit of the housing construction and municipal infrastructure project meeting the following conditions shall be installed with a closed dust-proof canopy for closed operation:
(1) Engineering construction projects in key sections;
(2) The average depth of the foundation pit exceeds 6m (inclusive);
(3) The shortest span of the installation of the foundation pit dustproof canopy is more than 10 m (including), and the longest span is within 100 m (including);
(4) The installation and use of the dustproof canopy meet the anti-overturning stability of the foundation pit supporting structure. Article
20 The dust-proof canopy shall select a dense mesh of not less than 2000 meshes and meet the relevant requirements, and the adjacent dust-proof canopy shall keep a safe distance of 100 ~ 150mm. Article
22 The outer side of the scaffolding outside the building shall be fully hung with a dense mesh of not less than 2000 meshes or a steel plate punching mesh.
Construction site:
Article 35 The construction site shall be equipped with full-time civilized construction administrators and construction waste disposal (discharge) administrators. Article
37 Except for special process requirements, it is forbidden to mix concrete, mortar and bagged cement on the construction site, and it is forbidden to mix graded gravel, water-stabilized and other dust-prone mixtures. Article
39 Fly ash, putty powder, gypsum powder and other dust-prone materials on the construction site shall be covered with geotextile or stored in the warehouse by classification. The earthwork that has not been operated for 8 hours shall be covered with a dense mesh of ≥ 800 meshes. The stacked soil that has not been constructed for more than three months shall be afforested or covered with a dense mesh of ≥ 800 meshes. Article
43 The following types of scaffolds shall be erected with the corresponding proportion of socket and spigot type steel pipes:
(I) For external scaffolds, the proportion of socket and spigot type steel pipes shall not be less than 70% of the total amount of external scaffolds;
(II) For bearing and supporting scaffolds, the proportion of socket and spigot steel pipes shall not be less than 50% of the total amount of steel pipes for bearing and supporting scaffolds. The material performance, appearance and process of
steel pipe support members shall meet the relevant requirements of Socket and Spigot Steel Pipe Support Members (JG/T 503).
