The successful production of this product marks a new breakthrough in the company's LOW-E glass production process and adds a new noble to the company's high-end glass products.
This double-silver LOW-E coated glass has double functional layers, and the total number of coating layers can reach 9 layers, which skillfully combines the high transmittance of glass with the low transmittance of solar thermal radiation, and has better energy-saving effect than previous single-silver LOW-E coated glass.
It is reported that the technical process control of double-silver LOW-E coated glass is much more difficult than that of single-layer silver-coated glass. During production, we should always pay attention to the process parameters, and repeatedly debug the film structure, thickness and uniformity of each single-layer film according to the changing trend and regularity. According to the parameter records in the commissioning process and the performance test of the commissioning samples, Tuoxin Company finally succeeded in producing qualified products.
