the project is an innovative technology, which realizes the efficient treatment of nitrogen oxides and dust particles in cement kilns and meets the ultra-low emission standards. Compared
with other technologies, this technology thoroughly solves the industrial problems of catalyst blockage and poisoning, and has the characteristics of low comprehensive energy consumption, low operation and maintenance costs, low emission concentration, etc., which can achieve the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides within 50mg/Nm, ammonia escape within 2.5mg/Nm, and at the same time, the consumption of denitrification ammonia water is reduced by about 75%. The total amount of nitrogen oxide emissions can be reduced by about 1100 tons per year.
