Huaxin 10000-ton line, which applies the self-developed intelligent technology of low-carbon cement manufacturing, disposes of more than 3000 tons of domestic waste per day, with a coal substitution rate of over 40% and a comprehensive energy consumption reduction of 4%, ranking the leading international level. At present, the technology has been successfully applied in 18 factories at home and abroad in Huaxin, with an annual cumulative carbon reduction of more than 360000 tons. Huaxin has been selected as the national "Industrial Internet Demonstration Project" and "National Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory". At the event site, six innovative systems, including Huaxin Intelligent Monitoring and Identification System, Laser Point Cloud Dynamic Analysis and Tracking System, Particle Size Analysis System, Intelligent Equipment Monitoring and Optimization System, Bulk Volume Scanning System, Belt Pickup and Hearing Impairment System, were also displayed, and the innovative intelligent solutions attracted the attention of many experts and scholars.
