As a "big power consumer" in the cement production chain, the grinding system accounts for more than 60% of the power consumption in the whole cement production process. Its high energy consumption and low efficiency have always been the pain point of energy saving and consumption reduction in the cement industry.
Zou Weibin pointed out that the energy saving and consumption reduction measures of the current cement grinding system are mainly divided into three directions: one is to adopt more efficient grading equipment in the grinding system; the other is to upgrade the pre-grinding system, such as improving the pre-grinding efficiency in the front section of the tube mill. The third is to implement effective transformation of the tube mill section, improve the grinding efficiency and the proportion of finished products out of the mill, and create good preconditions for efficient classification of the powder concentrator. All of them reduce the actual power consumption of cement grinding by increasing the output of grinding system. It is of great significance
for cement enterprises to save energy, reduce consumption, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and realize green development of cement industry. However, the energy saving and consumption reduction transformation of cement grinding system still faces a key difficulty, that is, the performance of ground materials in cement grinding system varies greatly from enterprise to enterprise. Clinkers used in
different cement plants, especially mixed materials, have great differences in grindability, moisture and other characteristics, even after homogenization, the average value can not be very stable, even if two sets of identical production equipment are used in different plants. The quality and output of cement, especially the power consumption index of grinding, are often quite different.
Zou Weibin said that the fluctuation of on-site grinding system can be solved through the judgment and analysis of intelligent equipment, so as to make the operation of cement grinding system more stable. The transformation of grinding system by intelligent means can improve production efficiency, improve product quality, reduce system energy consumption, promote energy saving and emission reduction, and produce good economic and environmental benefits.
However, due to the difference of materials, there is no universal intelligent scheme at present, so we can only analyze the specific problems and take measures according to the situation through on-site investigation.
