Case 1: Unauthorized sand
mining in the river. Recently, the law enforcement officers of Mazhai Squadron of the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau found that an excavator was mining sand in the river without permission in Xixi, Mazhai Town. According to the third party's survey report, the volume of sand mining in the river is 204.3 cubic meters, with a value of 28499 yuan. The party's unauthorized sand mining in the river violated the relevant provisions of the Regulations on River Management of Zhejiang Province, and the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau imposed a fine of RMB 21000 according to law. Paragraph 1 of Article 37 of the Regulations
of Zhejiang Province on River Management & nbsp; Any unit or individual engaged in sand mining within the scope of river management shall apply for a sand mining license and a mining license in accordance with the law. The right to exploit sand and gravel in river courses shall be transferred by open and fair means such as bidding in accordance with regulations. Case 2: In the case
of engaging in prohibited sexual acts within the scope of water conservancy project management and
protection, the law enforcement officers of the Chengdong Squadron of the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau inspected and found that someone dumped construction waste within the scope of water conservancy project management near the power distribution room of Dawu Village, Chengdong Street. The dumped construction waste consists of red bricks and cement, covering an area of about 7.2 square meters. The party's home was being renovated, and for convenience, the construction waste was dumped directly on the embankment on the east side of the distribution room. In violation of the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Safety Management of Water Conservancy Projects in Zhejiang Province, the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau imposed a fine of RMB 500 according to law.

Case 3: The case
of a motor vehicle passing through a water conservancy project that is not also used as a road
. During the inspection, the law enforcement officers of the Chengdong Squadron of the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau found that a small car was passing through a certain section of the greenway that is not also used as a road. The owner drove the small car into the top of the embankment and parked it. The act of driving a motor vehicle on a water conservancy project that is not also used as a road violates the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Safety Management of Water Conservancy Projects in Zhejiang Province, and the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau imposes a fine of RMB 300 according to law.
