Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Xinjiang issued the fourth batch of peak-shifting production time adjustment announcement: Ruoqiang Tianshan Cement applied for 7 days of kiln opening from 9/9 to 9/15 and 7 days of kiln shutdown from 10/25 to 10/31 to make up for the key projects such as TBEA Qiman Wind Power, Dongfang Electric Wind Power, Ruoqiang Pumped Storage and Luoruo Railway.
